# 买入税和卖出税是什么？

买入税和卖出税通常指的是在交易过程中对买卖方分别收取的费用或税率。这些税款会在每笔交易的时候，转账到代币开发者指定的税收地址/黑洞地址。旨在通过税收机制实现特定的经济或社区目标。买入税和卖出税的实施可以有效控制市场行为，吸引长期投资者，同时为项目提供可持续的资金支持。不过，这种机制也会增加用户的交易成本。

比如通过收取较高的税，来防止开盘时代币快速倒手。或者提高卖出税，降低持币人的卖出频率以保证代币价格。当然也会有代币发行者依靠高额买入卖出税来欺诈用户。涉及到高税率的代币，一定要提前做好风险调查。
